I had a very good experience. The store was closed but the owner left a contact number and I was able to reach him, by phone, to get the information I needed. He was out of town but did offer to meet me when it was convenient for me if I needed anything else. He was very helpful. I recommend Doodles for their great prices.
The owner had a sign on the door that said, "open Monday-Friday 10am to 3pm" yet he was not there, and he had not posted a sign stating his whereabouts. I was there Wednesday around 12:20pm. This was very disappointing being that this was the second time that I was not able to return my textbooks. However, the owner was awesome when it came to helping me get the books.
