(when they are closed) to get my car running faster. The time, generosity, professionalism and exceptional knowledge of car repair is unmatched in any area that I have ever lived in. To say thank you just isn't even enough. This entire experience has restored my faith in mankind and our ability to make a difference in each other's lives whether we know each other or not. I will continue to recommend Niceville Auto Service to everyone I know.

So far i've experienced nothing but 5 star service. Great tire recommendation and inspection. Most of all, the price. Tires aren't cheap and i was unsure about the possible charge for realignment since i have paid (for) close attention to it in the past. Sure enough when they saw my alignment was good they took the alignment charge off my tab. With the dirty shops in the area, I can't help but to think i would have been charged if i went anywhere else. I'm getting further diagnostics due to my radiator. More info to come...

Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. They do a good job and warranty their work. Prices are a little high but worth it. I have taken my SUV to them for major mechanic work and was very satisfied with their work and detailed invoice I highly recommend this auto repair business.

Terrible experience. I drove my car in to troubleshoot a potential starter issue and told the staff that I would like a diagnosis on it because I'm curious if it would need to be replaced before selling it. After receiving the diagnosis I decided to not get the car fixed by them due to an expensive starter price, but to drive it home to fix myself (now knowing the real issue with the car) or sell it as is. However, the car could not start now. Realizing it was a starter issue, it was understandable, but a little frustrating since I drove it to the shop. Curious about the issue, I had a couple of questions regarding the part being replaced and was taken back to the shop were the mechanic immediately began arguing with me. He was beginning to get so intense that the receptionist at the front (his wife) who walked me back was trying to calm him down. Unsure why he was so irate I tried to tell him I was just trying to have a conversation and figure out why it won't start. With the car stuck in their shop (he said I could fix it in their parking lot myself if I didn't want it fixed by them) I unfortunately had my hands tied and not only had a terrible customer service experience, but also overpaid for the part that needed to be replaced. Please think twice before getting your car fixed at Niceville Auto Service.

I wish there was a number higher than five to rate this amazing business and their employees. I have taken my car to them twice and the second time I had what is referred to as a "catastrophic" diagnosis. Not being in the position to replace my car, I asked them to do whatever they could to get my car operational. I have no personal relationship with the owners or any of the employees. They took my situation to heart and decided to do whatever they could to repair my car. The owner decided to do most of the diagnostic work himself and even gave up some of his weekend

I will definitely use Niceville Auto Service again. I took my 2003 Accord to them because the driver door would not open, so I had to get in the car “Dukes of Hazard style” for a day. The cost to get the car in the door to evaluate the problem was reasonable and was applied toward the repair. They found the problem and the parts and called and quoted me a price estimate and I approved the repair. When I picked up my car the actual bill was about $60 LESS than what was quoted on the phone, so I was VERY HAPPY about that. I feel like any other car repair shop would have just kept that extra $60 bucks since I approved that cost anyway. I really appreciated the honest accounting for the labor hours/cost to complete the repair…under budget. I am new to the area and plan on being here for a long time, so finding an honest car repair shop right away is awesome. Niceville Auto Service just earned themselves future customer. Thank you very much!
