Making an appointment is almost useless as I had a 10 am appointment to get 4 tires replaced. at 6:30 pm I was able to pick up my car. almost 8 hours to change 4 tires? the work seems to done well just a lot of hassle. Also, I "paid" online, but when I went to pickup my car they told me I had only put money on hold for the repair. why have a pay now on you website if it does nothing? I will try to find another repair/tire shop.

This was a good first repair experience for my daughter. She set up an appointment online and the gentleman at the counter treated her respectfully and was informative. The service was a good value. The only area to improve is timeliness. They are very busy and seem to overschedule. Still, I would recommend them.
