I used Niceville insurance for several years. I got great service as long as I didn't have a problem. Then when I had a small problem I was told that they didn't feel they had a responsibility to contact me to let me know that my insurance was no longer in force. I will never use them again. One of their slogans says it all: "In Business to Write Business." That means they want your money but forget the service.

Very disappointed in this company. Twice they wrote me a Progressive Insurance auto policy and in both cases it was cancelled some 2 months prior to the end of the term for "technical reasons". The way I see it they owe me about $300 but I've given up on trying to deal with them anymore....
