Put a bed cover in to get it back with a rip in it not happy
Cleaners clothes but throws our cigarette butts on the road. May make clothes smell like smoke after cleaning. Litterer.
This dry cleaners is VERY over priced and the quality of the service is poor. The location in Niceville has a STRONG odor of cigarette smoke. The area in the back of the Bluewater location where there are supposed to be cleaning my best items is very dirty. I dropped off a $300 silk comforter to be dry cleaned and they threw it on the floor. The don't make a note of dry clean vs. laundry when you drop it off. It is up to whomever receives your clothing to clean to make the decision. So they LAUNDERED MY SILK comforter and RUINED it. There were tags on the set stating dry clean only . I was offered a refund on the cleaning and $35 which I felt was NOT a fair settlement. They denied they did anything wrong although the silky smooth comforter I dropped off was turned into a wrinkly crepe textured mess. Other than take them to small claims court there is nothing I can do, other than warn you and go to the BBB....
My clothes are rarely cleaned correctly, I have sent items back too often to be redone, brand new items come back with stains not from me, or they cannot handle cleaning of silks and other fabrics that most dry cleaners should be able to handle. I’m tired of wasting my time and money. My clothes and money will be going elsewhere. The ladies that work the front desk are wonderful, however.
