Although I know it's not authentic Chinese food it's still pretty good. When you can get it fresh. If it's been sitting there awhile it's not the same. Also I do enjoy how they actually cook in front of you, how open and wide the kitchen is so you can see exactly what they're doing with your food.
The food is great. It is always fresh and the service is quick. You definitely get a lot of food for your money.
All I have to say is Kayla the MOD I assume is an amazing person and helped me out a lot with my order. Food is always great! Thank you Kayla at the Niceville location.
We walked in and started to order our food and I asked for brown rice and this young girl replied," for your information this is Fried Rice" so I said whatever it is that's what I want. Then we had to wait for our food to be cooked, this was 6:58 pm, so I said it will be ok. I paid for our food and we sat down to wait. In the mean time they served 10 other people behind me, and they didn't even have our order on the counter to fill. Now it's 7:28pm, I went to the counter and asked if I could just get a refund since we obviously wasn’t going to get our food. I was told that I had to wait for the manager to finish cooking the food, So I waited 5 more minutes and he came and told me that I could not get a refund since I used my credit card to pay. He said that he would have to refund my card tomorrow in the corporate office. We will never eat at this location again, and we are Locals!!!
The line is always long but moves very fast. This is the greatest substitute for PF Chang's without having to brave the Destin traffic. The food is just as good.
