Sat in the bar and was serviced by Carley. She was knowledgeable and made a terrific Old Fashioned. I ordered the fish tacos, nice presentation. The loaded potato salad was amazing. The tacos are flour tortillas not corn and the large pieces of chopped jicama took away from the Mahi. The hubby had shrimp and grits. They were tasty, and we'll cooked. The grits were not quite hot enough though. Overall a good meal. I would go back.
Blue crab claws were great, the Cajun shrimp and grits were great, and the fried chicken was delicious. Topped off with a great wait staff and large beer selection.
Let's start with the location and the view. It can't get better than this. Next, the service was excellent. The food came out at the perfect pace and was hot. The shrimp and grits were the best I've had and being one of my favorite dishes, I've tried it many places. I would definitely recommend FUEL.
Friendly staff, very attentive. The food was delicious. The Low Country Grits Hushpuppies with Jalapeno Peach Jam is to die for. I really liked them once I remembered that they were grits, not Hushpuppies. I also tried their Bistro Shrimp. Excellent, because they didn't taste like Buffalo Wings. The Bistro Sauce is a creamy sauce that's not over powering the taste of your shrimp. I did, however, ask for some of the jalapeno-peach jam to dip the shrimp in, because I like a little sweetness. I definitely recommend Chef Dan's Fuel, and I can't wait to come back to try something new.
This place is fantastic , I love to go to eat Ceviche that's one of my favorite ,and what I love the most it's they make you feel so warm and welcome.
