Ordered a Cake for 6th birthday a week ago from CadyCakes. Daughter of owner told me to pick up at 2:45 they closed at 3pm. Had a 1:45 interview for a regional job than ran late. Called the lady after getting out to tell her I was on my way and I was so sorry and she told me she would wait on me. When arriving at Cake shop they were CLOSED and Cake was on counter. Went today to pick up and THEY SOLD IT! SO ANGRY! Not only did they not wait for me like she said she would or call me but they sold the cake that night! Very unprofessional and rude.
Cadycakes is one of the best places in Niceville. The atmosphere is very nice and friendly. The customer service is awesome and the treats are phenomenal. I recommend Cadycakes to just about anyone I run into.
