Wow. I love Panera, but in our visit to this particular location we encountered a super rude drive thru experience. The woman taking our order was extremely short. I had a custom espresso drink order and a dietary order for our one year old.
She cut me off while I was ordering and rushed to give me the total before I was even done.
The menu consists of the same good, healthy, great-tasting food, but they don't have the separate tea sweetener.
My go to staple restaurant...always good and I love their policies and community service.
This location is perfect for a nice mid day stop alone to eat and read email or to catch up with friends. Great clean seating inside and outside. A terrific selection of pastries and all your favorite salads! The staff are friendly and fast, I appreciate both with a dollar tip. There is drive thru at this location and decent parking but its Florida...I hop on my bike from Swift Creek and ride.
When I pulled up to the window, that woman retreated to the back. I found out from the employee who took her spot that she was the manager! He said her name was Michelle. 1.) She didn't even have the lady balls to apologize 2.) Learn some patience in service and heck, atleast pretend to be kind to your customers.
My family and I went there last week . I had the most friendly associate of yours wait on us.. Your associate is Treasa. What a great person she is. Great smile and personality and great customer service too. She went above and up with making sure my family was happy.If I still had my own business still,I would steal her away from you. I will be back as soon as I can because of Tresa
I LOVE Panera, but this is not my usual location and I'm disappointed with this visit (the reason for the low rating). I visited the drive thru and ordered a "pick 2" (soup and a sandwich). I got home and found out that I'd gotten the correct soup but instead of a sandwich I got a salad.
