Dr. Puri correctly and quickly diagnosed me with a serious illness that was missed at the emergency room and by my personal doctor. Subsequently, I was treated and the issue resolved. Dr. Puri referred me appropriately and did not waste insurance dollars as many physicians would have done. Dr. Puri and his staff were professional and polite during my care. I have recommended him to family and friends and will continue to do so going forward. Thank you, Dr. Puri!
I have insurance but it is not in Network. The office girl said they will not help me in any way to file with my insurance company for my out of network benefits. I explained that I was under the care of Dr. Long, who closed his practice and was in the ER last night for an active stone and kidney infection. She said they wouldn't even consider booking until I find a way to have my records forwarded from a closed practice. I was just amazed at lack of empathy in this office.
Was highly recommend from my nephrologist and was very glad he did, the front office was very nice didn't wait long to be seen and the office called me immediately back telling me my results were fine.
Dr. Puri is a selfless, highly-motivated competent doctor. He treats his patients equitably and with respect regardless of the status no matter whether rich or poor.
I do agree with every comments here,the entire clinic should be shut down for being so unethical and unprofessional staff and the doctor himself. Dad is suffering so much pain and they kept putting off and letting us kept waiting and waiting.So disappointing that they only take good care of the patient whenever he's got so much cash upfront!!So very unreasonable and doesn't care the patient's situation. Poor service to the patient.
