I showed my stylist a photo of a cut I wanted and what i left with looks nothing like it. She just cut my hair straight across without any layers (the picture had layers). I asked her multiple times if she wanted to see the photo for a second time and she said, no, that she had the picture in her mind. She didn't even blow dry my hair or style it after the cut. The st list was more interested in telling me her life story than cutting my hair. Now, I have to find a stylist to fix the mess she made. I want ritz to either give me a good stylist to fix the mess give me money to fix the mess.
Robyn is awesome. She does a wonderful job with both my four year old son and myself. The staff is wonderful and friendly.
