I'm sorry to say that my experience here was traumatic. I'm still recovering from having my hair cut so not to my liking. I told my stylist I liked long hair , but my hair was super long & I needed it below shoulder length with long layers. I was shocked first that she cut half my hair off at the sink Then she gave me a blunt, shoulder length cut. It was EVERYTHING I didn't want. I felt she made me look like every soccer mom in America. Sadly, that is so not who I am. I just sat there & thought how could there be such a miscommunication? I went home & cried for an hour. My coworkers were shocked. One said, did she even discuss with you donating your hair to cancer patients? I could have because my hair was long, untreated & healthy. Everyone who knows me is completely shocked at how my hair looks, & saddened for me. I can't even put this up in a top knot or a messy bun, my signature look. I'm refraining from saying who this is because I see others here have had a good experience with her.Her own hair was like I wanted mine to be, so I thought she would know how to cut long hair. I made the mistake of going in with little makeup on, my hair not styled, & dressed low-key. If she had seen how I style myself in dress, hair & makeup I have a feeling she would never have given me this cut. She is young, & I feel like she projected me to be the older soccer mom, & not the Betsey Johnson rebel that I am. I have honestly been depressed for a week over this. I have to pull myself up & find a stylist who can make this work for me because every time I look in the mirror, this horrid blunt cut stares back at me. If I had wanted to look invisible & exceedingly normal, I could have gone to the mall & probably had a better experience.
Comfy and happy inside. Rebeca was gentle with my hair and nice to talk to. Will definitely be coming back again :)
Not a bad experience at all for my first time getting a Brazilian. I expected a lot worse. Very professional. I will be back
the lady that did my hair was really nice and friendly. i was getting an up do but while she was doing my hair she burnt the side of my face with the curler. it's burned and maroon right now on my face...praying it doesn't scar!!
