Rude arrogant overweight slob at the desk had an attitude. I tried being pleasant, but he talked down to me for no reason. Finally I left. Go to home depot, better selection and prices.
I was in the store last week to get some lumber and this guy ronnie was kind and extremely helpful in finding what i needed. He went out of his way to help me , even stopping what he was doing to help me. Because of his great custmor service skills i will recommend this place to my friends and family.
