This store is the best Sears that I have ever done business with!! We recently purchased a stove to convert it to propane. When we couldn't understand the instructions Josh stayed on the phone with us until we got it converted. He went above and beyond for our customer satisfaction!!! He has earned a customer for life!!
While my family business has been working with Sears for many years, I have shopped there myself for personal items. Everyone that works there is friendly and so very helpful and you are always greeted with a smile. They make sure to give you the best products for your money and even make sure to cut you any deals if at all possible. By far the best experience I've had at a Sears. Highly recommend!
The guys in the store are very helpful and answered all our questions. Very friendly. When we needed a washer face they came through. Delivery was scheduled right away and the delivery guys are also great. Had them out to look at the washer when we had a small leak and they came the same day. Excellent service. I highly recommend Sears Hometown in Niceville!
