Rarely get your order correct when ordering over the phone so I go into store 9 times out of 10 to get food. This is irritating.
Some of the best staff I have ever encountered! Always friendly and warm whether talking with them on the phone or in person. My order is always perfect! Honestly never consider going anywhere else solely because of the staff. Thanks papa johns in niceville for being so wonderful!
We saw a good deal on a Papa Johns commercial. So we called a order in only to learn that it wasn't available. The man we talked to has to keep "talking to the manager" we ended up not getting the deal and getting two large pizzas and a drink. When my sister went to pick up the order (unaware of the soda that we ordered) they didn't give it to her. We came back to the store to get the soda we were charged for and it must of took them 10 mins and a lot of " talking to the manager". I just wanted to say though that the pizza is PRETTY GOOD but the Service is
The food here is amazing. The cheese is melted perfectly over the pizza so that it creates strings when you pick up a slice, the pepperoni and other toppings are fresh and delicious, and the cheese bread sticks are so wonderful that I don't care if they clog my arteries at 5x the normal rate--they're worth it. The staff are all friendly, the drivers are polite and reasonable at their delivery times; this is a wonderful place to get pizza.
Very courteous people. Pizza was what I expected from a papa johns. Would recommend for a movie night with the family.
If you haven't done it yet, get the garlic knots and cheese sticks. They are to die for.
