Do not take your animals here unless it is an ABSOLUTE EMERGENCY. They make you sign a paper saying your willing to pay upfront for just checking in to their clinic even if your animal turns out to not need any services. The environment is cold and the staff are rude. PLEASE if you LOVE YOUR ANIMAL DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE.

They've helped me get him out of the car the couple of times I needed help. The only time I've had to wait were because they were very busy or another animal required more immediate care.

They've never recommended unnecessary tests or treatments. They were very sensitive when treating my terrified, skittish cat and when I suddenly needed to have a dog put down. I'm really grateful to have such a wonderful emergency clinic close by.

They took him to the back immediately when he had a ball stuck in his throat and could barely breathe and when he had salt water poisoning. I didn't even know that was a thing. Yes, it's expensive, but I've been given an estimate before they did treatment, except for the stuck ball. They tried to remove it, but needed to knock him out. They very quickly told me what was needed and I had an estimate of the charges.

The staff was cold and acted as if they were doing us a favor. Then they came out with a bill amounting to 800.00 for watching him overnight. This place is a scam. This business knows that you can’t go anywhere else so they over charge for services. The girl said she would renegotiate the bill after we told her that it was unacceptable, like a used car salesman. So bottom line is for them to negotiate there price with you. If I could rate it with a zero yes I would. Not recommended !!!!!!!

I've been here more times than I care to remember and the service has been incredible and surprisingly fast every time. The only exception to the service was a vet who only comes in for surgeries and special procedures. His bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. Every other vet and tech has been amazing.

Good care and concern for pets in emergency situations. Prices fair. Must say that you might have a long wait regardless of when you walked through the door. Had to wait 2 hours for a life or death review, fortunately pet survived after three days.

My service dog would likely have died a couple of times if they hadn't told me to bring him in now when I called. I wasn't sure if the condition was an emergency and they were honest and gave me detailed reasons behind the recommendation to come in, which my regular vet confirmed each time.

I have had to use this emergency vet more times than I can count. Yes,it's an ER, sometimes one has to wait and wait while critical get care first. Yes,it's expensive, but I am ever so grateful for their presence in this little community. Some drive hours to get here. I have always received compassionate care even when my worry and fear were overwhelming me. Dr Davis ,who I admire so much ,tenderly sent my bunny over the Rainbow bridge yesterday, after doing all he could to relieve a blockage. Staff called to report on her, they were fabulous. Yep,its just a rabbit, but she was my rabbit.

Our English Bulldog had emergency surgery for a bowl obstruction. It was done by a very reputable vet in the area. He recommended we take our dog to this overnight clinic.
