I'm a new customer of this clinic,I call the office manager to talk to her about an observation I made the day of my dogs visit,I simply told her that there were some customer there that there dogs were barking and growling at my dog( pit bull) I just told her that customer need to correct their dogs to avoid a physical altercation with each other specially when it comes to a powerful breed like a pit bull and a boxer that happens to be at the office she proceeded to tell me that she's not going to tell their customers how to correct their dog if you are a pet owner and you're in a public place is your responsibility to make sure your dog is behaving correctly to avoid a confrontation she tells me that if I don't like their clinic I can take my business somewhere else I have never seen someone that supposed to be a professional business owner to behave like that and talk to a customer that way and she just hangs the phone on my face, my pit bull had an appointment to have surgery to be spade and have a tumor removed, now I have to find me another vet to do this surgery for her this is absolutely incredible that this person made this personal and not made it about the dogs well being. I do want to add the staff and the vet were awesome with my two dogs I have no problem with them there were very professional and loving to my dogs, this is only referring to the office manager... I never at no point was threatened to the office manager or was aggressive in any way I simply established an opinion about my experience on my first visit with my pit I made the comment of taking my business to another vet after she told me she was not going to tell other customers how to handle their dogs to anyone that owns a dog, you supposed to be the pack leader to your dog not the other way around you don't wait till something happens to make the correction to your dog don't matter if you got control of the leash I made the correction to my pit when she growled back at the other dog (boxer) because I'm the pack leader, and how disrespectful from her part to bring back my dead dog ,that has nothing to do with this situation this is absolutely on call for. A dog that I had for 10 years that I'm still mourning his death

Great first visit with my dog---friendly staff, punctual and informative vet. Reasonable prices as well! Overall excellent experience

Both the Dr's and the staff are amazing. I am delighted to find a clinic for my dog that does not cause ME anxiety. My poor baby girl has had a couple significant health issues lately and Midbay Vets took care of her as if she was their own. Thank you so much.

Dr. Chapman is a wonderful Veterinarian. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my fur-babies. The staff at Midbay are friendly, kind and caring. I can't say enough to do them justice.

A little on the pricey side but worth it. Also great staff and doctors.
